Payment Arrangements

Unless prior exceptions are made, payment is expected at the time of service. With large or involved treatment plans, financial arrangements can be made including ninety days same as cash.

We also gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Insurance

For those patients with dental insurance, please bring us the name, address, policy numbers and if possible your information booklet so that we can file your claim in a timely manner for you. We provide this service free of charge, but we need your help in getting the information correct so that delays can be avoided and you may receive payment as quickly as possible. If you assign payment to our office, we request that you pay your estimated portion at the time of service so that later billing becomes unnecessary.
